Discovering and being true to your authentic inner self is not always an easy journey. What is Health Coaching and how can it help me?

You can have the best diet, or exercise program and still not achieve balance and happiness in your life. The Circle of Life is an exercise that I incorporate into my coaching practices.  The Circle of Life contains 12 aspects of your life.

The Circle of Life includes all the sub-areas of the main components of primary food, and it’s a great discovery tool to find out which areas are out of balance so you can take action to improve on them.

The first step here is consciousness. Once you see your weak areas and strong areas, you can get honest with yourself about what needs to happen for you to create the life of your dreams, and then take action and get the support you need to get there.

Through peeling off hidden layers and addressing the issues (mentally and physically) you can expect huge shifts in your health!

The first Consult we will check in on each of these areas, to see where you are currently and set goals for improvement, we will recheck ½ way through, then the last consult (graduation) of the program we will recheck so that you can see your amazing transformation!  

In addition to the weekly calls, you will also be able to text me for simple questions.  This is handy if you are grocery shopping.  Questions do pop up and with this program I always want you to be supported within working hours of 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday.  There are times that I am out of cell service but will respond as quickly as I can.  

This program is intense and you will see changes happen quickly. You will learn the skills to continue these lifestyle changes to sustain well into the future. This program has the maximum amount of support including text support if needed in between weekly coaching calls. After you graduate, you still can achieve support with discounted options.
